Here is the story of Chantal Tello García’s life up to the age of 25. A fascinating journey of self-discovery that guides Chantal toward her destiny of a better world…

Chantal currently lives in Valencia, Spain, but her world extends beyond borders and cultural boundaries.
Deep down, she feels that the entire world is her home—everyone’s home.
She was born into a very open-minded and international family. She is an only child.
Her father, Alain, a French national living in Spain, and her mother, Massiel, both allowed their beloved daughter Chantal to take full responsibility for her own life even when she was still a child. They helped her understand the world around her and its dangers through open communication and an upbringing free of inherited beliefs or values.
From a very young age, her opinion was taken into consideration on all matters, issues, and projects that affected—and continue to affect—her small family.
Chantal recalls the long hours spent philosophizing with her father, both of them sitting cross-legged on the hallway floor. He would answer her mundane and existential questions, which were driven by her growing curiosity.
Her father, Alain—a Taoist philosopher who founded “Beingism” in late 2021—answered his daughter Chantal’s many questions with nuanced philosophical responses, grounded in the transcendental knowledge that belongs to us all. Metaphors were always at hand to explain the inexplicable and the ever-changing truth.
Ever since she was little, Chantal has been a very respectful and sociable child. Reading and drawing were her first passions. Up until her teenage years, she was more of an intellectual than an athletic or physically active child.

Her father, Alain, worked for international companies, and her mother, Massiel, worked in hotel management. Both of them often came home late, but they never wasted a second when it came to being there for their daughter, Chantal.

Chantal spent a lot of time with her grandparents, whom she adored.
While her parents were at work, her grandparents took care of her and spoiled her.
She turned hours of “boredom” into hours of creativity: reading, drawing, and teaching herself languages. On her own initiative, she watched age-appropriate TV shows in French and English, and sometimes in other languages which, although she couldn’t fully understand, captured her attention and sparked in her a love for communication without barriers.

At Chantal’s house, there’s only one rule:
“Do whatever you want, as long as it doesn’t hurt or bother other people, other beings, or Nature—but above all, as long as it doesn’t hurt yourself or your own conscience.”
Education

From elementary to high school, she studied at the Lycée Français of Valencia, Spain.
She holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, and from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea, where she had the opportunity to learn traditional Eastern painting techniques and to study various fields of graphic and typographic design.
Driven by her innate desire to learn and understand the world into which she was born, she was an outstanding student. In 2018, she received the Academic Excellence Award presented by the French Ambassador to Spain, Yves Saint-Geours.
Although her academic performance would have allowed her to pursue more prestigious higher education options, such as engineering and science schools, medical school, law and political science programs, or business and management schools… much to the disappointment of some of her teachers, she chose to study fine arts.
Her parents, who had financed her studies in a private institution up until that point, always trusted her decisions.
Chantal knew from a very young age that she wanted to pursue a career in the visual arts, but that didn’t stop her from taking an interest in many other things, from philosophy and literature to Greek mythology and fashion…
There is no doubt that the knowledge she gained through her innate curiosity has, in some way, influenced and enriched her ever-evolving professional and personal journey.
After completing her university studies (Fine Arts) in Valencia and Seoul during the difficult COVID-19 pandemic period, and despite being selected by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, as one of the top 100 graduates across three graduating classes, she was unable to find a job in the field she thought was meant for her.
Her first book

In 2022, Chantal published her first book, *Annyeong Korea! – An Illustrated Travel Diary*.
As the final project for her fine arts degree, she created this book, in which she enthusiastically shares her discoveries of South Korea during her studies in Seoul. In this book, she combines her own handwritten text with her watercolor illustrations and the layout (edition) of the entire volume.
Chantal introduced her parents to South Korea—far from the stereotypes—as Asia was important to her father, Alain, and to the expansion of the Beingist’s Foundation.
Karate

Her father, Alain, holds a black belt in Shotokan karate. He has been very active in sports throughout his life (tennis, mountaineering, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, rollerblading, open-water kayaking, handball, volleyball, gymnastics, yoga, tai chi…).
From a very young age, he introduced Chantal to several sports so she could discover her passion. That’s how she discovered her passion for volleyball—rather than karate.
From her father’s introduction to karate, Chantal retained only the non-martial “kiai.” The “kiai” sound is adapted by AtelTrainer and is practiced in certain internal release exercises during Fitness Zen sessions.
Nature and adventures

Chantal’s parents instilled in their beloved daughter a passion and respect for nature from the time she was very young.
The sea, rivers, and mountains awaited them on weekends and during vacations. The spirit of adventure was—and still is—a source of inspiration for Chantal and her parents.

Skiing

Ever since she was a little girl, cross-country and downhill skiing have been—and still are—one of Chantal’s greatest passions. This passion was passed down to her by her dear parents. However, since she lives far from the mountains and snow-capped peaks, it’s difficult for her to enjoy winter sports more often.

Rollerblading

Chantal’s parents used to roller skate a lot when they first met.
Her father, a black belt in karate, had left his karate club and federation to enjoy this fun family activity with Massiel, her mother.
And as soon as Chantal was able to stand on her first pair of skates, the three of them skated together for long periods of time.
Horses

At the age of 12, Chantal discovered horseback riding.
For two summers in a row, she spent her summer vacations at an equestrian center at the foot of the Pyrenees.
For Chantal, horseback riding is more than just a passion—it’s a bond with a very sensitive friend.
She and her parents plan to take in abandoned and abused horses in the near future. They will care for and love them on the 234,000 m² (279,862 sq. ft.) grounds of the AtelTrainer Transcendental Ancestral Healing Center, in Hortunas, Spain.

Volleyball

Chantal loves playing volleyball. This team sport, which she took up at age 10, helped her counterbalance the individualism of her school years.
Volleyball has been important in her life; it has helped her push past her limits. From the clumsy player she was in the beginning, she rose to become the team’s starting setter. Determination, perseverance, passion, and the joy of the game are the secret.
While studying at university in Korea, she took the opportunity to join the Sungkyunkwan University volleyball team, even though it meant a three-hour commute for every practice, since the team trained on a campus in another city.
Together with her friends—former students of the French Lycée of Valencia—they still occasionally organize volleyball matches throughout the year. These are important moments for Chantal, filled with camaraderie, bonding, and joy…
Dance

Today, Chantal’s greatest passion is dance in all its forms and styles.
From a very young age, she took ballet classes, which she had to stop after finishing primary school because it was impossible for her to balance dance with her middle school studies. That’s when she discovered volleyball.
After finishing college, Chantal began taking K-Pop dance classes in Valencia, Spain, which reawakened her dormant passion for dance. Over the past five years, she hasn’t missed a single opportunity to dance—whether alone at home or with her friends during performances or recordings.

Over the past two summers, during her stays in Seoul, South Korea, she took every class she could at “1MILLION Dance Studio,” a world-renowned dance studio known for only employing outstanding choreographers.

Fitness Zen

Chantal is a Fitness Zen master.
Her father developed Fitness Zen.
Sports were his hobby until the day he decided to leave his professional career in international trade and management.
In 2009, he founded AtelTrainer.com—a personal training service for affluent clients. He was already offering a profound training method that blended the main ancient techniques from Japan, China, and India. He was also a Japanese shiatsu therapist.
Fitness Zen is the culmination of the evolution of the AtelTrainer physical training program created by her father, who has been living in seclusion since 2014 in the small Hortunas Valley in Spain (AtelTrainer Center). His first two books reveal the fundamentals of Fitness Zen.
Working alongside him, Chantal has honed her skills based on her innate talent.
Fitness Zen is a lifestyle based on universal transcendental knowledge.
In 2026, she recorded Fitness Zen video tutorials.

Radio Interview
On February 24, 2014, Chantal, then 13 years old, joined her father at the launch event for the AtelTrainer outdoor gym, “Gimnasio al Aire Libre by AtelTrainer.”
Exclusive live interview on “Radio Manises—Spain.”
Chantal’s remarks: Minutes 13:50 to 14:28 and 23:35 to 25:49.

There is no doubt that Chantal has been an integral part of the evolution of her father’s AtelTrainer Fitness into today’s Fitness Zen from a very young age.
Fashion

More than just being fashionable, Chantal is naturally elegant and stylish. She loves a harmonious life, and it shows in her appearance.
For special occasions, Chantal likes to enhance her look with clothing and subtle makeup.
As a multidisciplinary artist, taking a selfie is a fleeting work of art when done for oneself, without relying on the opinions of others. Without obsession.
No tattoos or piercings damage her skin or her image.
Tattoo ink and the small wounds from piercings are harmful to the body. Of course, traditional earrings have very little effect on the body.
Like her mother Massiel, she can dress elegantly and fashionably for special occasions, but she also appreciates her worn-out work clothes when she helps her father in the valley.
Professional Life

Unable to find a job as a salaried employee, she felt she had to do business by herself, and thus became a freelancer.
Without wasting any time, she began creating her own design website: chantaltello.com
A few weeks later, she then created the website school.chantaltello.com, where she offers online language courses in English, French, Spanish, and Korean.
In early 2026, she began diversifying her professional activities, laying the groundwork for the K-Pop Culture Camp program, which launched in July 2026.
In the fall of 2026, Chantal opened her own academy in downtown Valencia, offering in-person Korean language classes.
Her passion for languages, teaching, dance, Korean culture, and Fitness Zen shapes her independent professional practice. One could certainly call this a “vocation” and a source of freedom.
She perfectly balances her sedentary, individual work as an online teacher with dynamic group activities, such as teaching Korean in person to small groups, K-pop dance, Fitness Zen, and recreational volleyball from time to time.
Her calling to share and help others is part of her Beingist lifestyle.
Her parents, Existence and her Beingist practices of transcendence have enabled her to naturally and intuitively steer her immediate destiny.
Furthermore, her intellectual and mental flexibility allow her to adapt quickly to new challenges, letting herself be surprised by Existence.
Chantal is free and lives life to the fullest!

In July 2026, she organized the first “K-Pop Culture Camp” in Valencia for teenagers: a blend of K-pop dance, Korean language classes, Korean culture, and Fitness Zen.
She had the pleasure of sharing her skills as a K-pop dancer, an on-site Korean language teacher, and her expertise in Fitness Zen with the wonderful participants who created an unforgettable experience for everyone. It was a huge success!

Her fine arts education has been very useful to her in creating the audiovisual and graphic materials her professional work requires: web design, advertising campaigns, social media communication, and more.
Her life experiences have made her realize that all learning is useful, whether in the present or the future, and that doing so empowers people.
All these experiences simply allow her to get to know herself better and discover who she truly is.
Life never ceases to surprise her because she is open to any creative opportunity, and no ambition clouds her destiny.
Seoul, South Korea

Even after having returned to Spain upon completing her studies at Sungkyunkwan University, Chantal’s connection to Korea is far from over.
For several years now, she has been spending her summer vacations in Seoul to master the Korean language and culture and to continue training as a dancer in K-Pop and other urban dance styles.
Her father likes to tell her that she is preparing to manage the future Ancestral Healing Centers and Clinics that AtelTrainer plans to establish through the “Beingist” Foundation in South Korea, China, and Japan, as well as in other cities around the world.
Upcoming Destinations

China and Japan also call to Chantal!
Chantal has a very strong connection to South Korea, China, and Japan.
Given her personal and professional journey, there is no doubt that, driven by her innate intentions, she is preparing to help unite Western and Eastern cultures from the elevated consciousness of Beingism (the union of all Beings).
Will she reveal the mission of the Beingist Foundation in Asia and the rest of the world in the near future?
Her family

Chantal and her parents are bound by transcendental ties that stem from complete individual freedom in harmony with all.

Her dear mother, Massiel, has always been her friend. Their bond goes beyond a mother-daughter relationship. They work together toward a harmonious life and a better world…

Her dear father Alain, who left society in 2014 to live in seclusion at the Transcendental Ancestral Healing Training Center—where Chantal visits him with Massiel on weekends—is her connection to her mystical side, far removed from any religion or beliefs. They are united by bonds that human mind can never comprehend.
Chantal was 13 years old when her father left his family, friends, and society to live in isolation and create the AtelTrainer Healing Center.
Alain’s departure was very difficult for Chantal and her mother, as their daily life in the city had been marked by close companionship and unity.
Chantal’s intuition allowed her to trust her father’s intentions and to understand that his isolation was necessary to lay the foundations for Ancestral Healing and Beingism—which differ from conventional spirituality, alternative medicine, and religions and beliefs.
The transcendental love that unites Chantal and her mother with her father, Alain, has enabled them to overcome all difficulties and uncertainties, forging a bond guided by a shared mission: “Union among all Beings.

Sombra is a semi-wild cat that was born in the Hortunas Valley in Spain and which they took in.
Sombra lives with her father because she wouldn’t be able to live in a city apartment. She is a member of the family whom Chantal loves very much.
Chantal named this new family member Sombra—which means “shadow” in Spanish—to keep her father company during his necessary isolation.
🌿🌿🌿
Chantal wasn’t raised like most children.
In her family, the opinions of the youngest members are just as important as those of the adults, if not more so, because they bring a forward-thinking perspective, when they’re helped to be themselves.
Her parents taught Chantal to put things into perspective and to develop her practical intuition, which still guides her steps today, with the certainty that tomorrow’s transcendental truth is ever-changing, as truth that is unique only for a moment.
Chantal developed Beingism alongside her father and mother. She acquired the gift of connecting with her Essence—that is, with the intelligence of the energy that gives her life.
Chantal’s doubts evaporate when she puts the single Beingist rule into practice:
“Do whatever you want, as long as it does not harm or cause distress to other people, other Beings, or Nature—but above all, as long as it does not harm yourself or your conscience.”
❤️❤️❤️
Transcendental love is the unbreakable bond that unites Chantal to her father, Alain, and her mother, Massiel…
Age is not a defining factor for AtelTrainer. The only things that matter are transcendental maturity, sincerity, and the desire to know oneself.
From the age of four, Chantal demonstrated her transcendental maturity by taking an interest in and actively participating in adult conversations.
At the age of 15, after a long year of deep reflection to ensure she wasn’t being influenced by her vegetarian and vegan friends or by her father, Chantal stopped eating meat. She wanted to be sure she was listening to the voice of her Essence, her intuition, before letting other people know. That’s when she told her father during a weekend visit.
Chantal and the Valley

Much to her father Alain’s surprise, Chantal really enjoys living in the great outdoors.

After completing her art studies, Chantal lived with her father in the small, secluded valley of Hortunas, Spain, for two years.
She enjoyed helping her father build the Center’s new facilities and loved taking long walks through the valley.
During that time, she would see her mother, Massiel, on weekends.
Many years after that long separation—when her father had left everything behind—Chantal and her father spent two years reunited, sharing a bond of transcendental closeness.
Wild boars, deers, foxes, snakes, spiders, eagles, and birds… were their friends and neighbors.

The family’s bond with the valley’s foxes is very strong. Several generations of foxes have lived alongside Alain, Chantal, and Massiel: Sam, Samy, Renardo, Luna, Wendy, Ciel, and Renard—the last one at the time of writing this biography.

One day, Chantal’s parents, Alain and Massiel, had gone up to a secret spot in the large forest on the grounds of the AtelTrainer Center, and Chantal had told them she would join them once she had finished studying.
But none of the three had realized that Chantal didn’t know the way.
When she was ready to go join them and was wondering how to get there, to her surprise, Renard was waiting for her at the front door to guide her all the way to them.
Renard knew the way because, the day before, he had accompanied Massiel to that very special place.
Chantal was only able to record this display of closeness and connection with Renard, her friend, on her smartphone. She’s sharing this magical moment: Video link: https://youtu.be/ds7hhqs-0T8

The Center—which her father Alain built himself with the help of Massiel and Chantal on weekends—was Alain’s first intuitive initiative, bringing to life the stories he used to tell Chantal every night to help her fall asleep.
The novel “The Stories of Bernard”, of which Chantal is the anonymous protagonist under the name Bernard, is the true story of Chantal and her family.
The novel
In 2024, his father published the Beingist novel “The Stories of Bernard“, the eighth book in the AtelTrainer series.
In the author’s own words:
“Bernard’s story grew out of the tales I used to tell my little girl Chantal every night before she drifted off into a deep sleep.
These imaginary tales from the past are coming to life today, revealing their destiny to this little family. All three of them are working on the New World project, which will soon appear.”
A secret: Bernard is actually Chantal!
Chantal helps her father, Alain (writer), design and create the covers and illustrations for all his books and articles. Her past studies in art always come in handy.
Together with her mother, Massiel, they proofread Alain’s writings in French, English, and Spanish.
The three of them form a transcendental team that complements each other perfectly.
Chantal in the city

Aside from the two years she spent with her father in the Hortunas Valley, Chantal lives with her mother, Massiel, in the city.
Massiel, her mother, runs a luxury hotel in Valencia, Spain.
Chantal uses her father Alain’s old office to successfully run her freelance online language teaching business from home, to plan her online classes and in-person Korean language classes in downtown Valencia, and to organize workshops on Korean culture and Fitness Zen.
The two of them coordinate household chores and grocery shopping, as they have a busy yet flexible schedule.
Their relationship is a blend of mother-daughter, friend, and life partner. Both are “Beingists” like Alain (Union between all Beings—far from religions and beliefs).
Chantal lives with Massiel, not out of necessity, but out of love and a sense of unity.
When people see them together, everyone notices that Chantal looks a lot like her mother, whom she adores.
They share everything together.
Sometimes, when they’re lying on the sofa after a busy day at work, they like to watch Korean TV shows, with subtitles for Massiel.

Although Chantal attends dance classes once or twice a week, when possible, she also enjoys going to the gym with Massiel.
Most weekends, Chantal accompanies Massiel to visit her grandmother and see her father, Alain, in the Valley.
Intense, joyful, and profound—these are the feelings Chantal experiences during her days of rest and recreation, connecting with nature and more…

Chantal is just as stylish as her mom.
More than just being fashionable, Chantal is as elegant as Massiel.
“Chic” might be the word to describe the way she dresses for social events in town, but she also loves to slip on her worn-out clothes to work in the Valley, helping her father, with a boundless spirit of freedom…
One day, with a smile on her face, she told me that in college, she was known as the “outfits girl”.
Beingist foundation
Chantal is a co-founder of the future Beingist Foundation; she even drafted the foundation’s proposed bylaws.
Universal Public Transcendental Clinic
Ancestral healing
Forest therapy
Transcendental clinics and hospitals will have as their main mission to complement Scientific Medicine by tending to its limitations.
Their main goal will be to heal children and young people suffering from so-called incurable diseases.
Essence-to-Essence Healing
Original song “The New World Is Here!”
Chantal designed the cover art for the song “The New World is Here!” that her father wrote in late 2025. She also helped adapt the lyrics to the musical melody.
Chantal’s artistic talent provides exceptional technical and artistic support to her father’s work.
Her deep connection with him allows her to assist AtelTrainer with its artistic and graphic needs with complete efficiency and speed.
