Popularly, it is said not to judge, that judging is bad.
But deep down you are invited not to judge for fear of being judged.
The mechanisms of the mind are those that judge and compare endlessly. Sometimes they do it as a distraction to always be busy or to think to be superior “Ego”.
This is how it works, but each one is free to follow their thoughts or judgments, or not paying attention to them and feeling what has to be done or not to be, without caring about others opinions.
Don’t judge me! It is the same as saying, let me do what I want.
Everyone is free to do what they want, but without interfering with the balance of interaction with the environment and with others. Not only with human beings.
There are actions that do not affect others directly, but they do so with the transcendental balance of the All.
When a person feels bad, he goes to a therapist asking for help to get free from thousand limitations. The desperate patient invites the therapist to reveal the unwanted insides to evaporate them in order to live in peace and harmony. In this case the therapist does not judge, but help and guidance. In this case, judging action from the honest therapist shifts to analyzing actions.
Purity of intentions is the key! We can do what we want, but it does not have to harm ourselves in the short or long term, or others beings and nature.
But when the mind thinks it has obtained the answer and solution to its problems or think that it knows everything, the words of the therapist or honest teacher become interpretations or Judgment. Selfishness closes the door to liberating growth when the Ego gets what it desires. Result of transcendental ignorance when it is believed that the truth is possessed. Transcendental truth never stops growing and changing in every moment.
The “great truth” of today is the “little truth of tomorrow”!
Forests and fields ask to be judged endlessly by Mother Earth. “Nature” judges us endlessly. When the earth judges that there is drought, sooner or later, for the sake of their children it rains,
Beings are judged for their wellness by the “energy of the Universe.” But people feel criticized (self-criticism) when they have lost their connection with the balance of existence, or by their peers for being different from the crowd, for harming others or themselves, for being other’s opinion dependent.
Dependence and sensitivity to what others may think of oneself, open the door to the thought of being judged.
Essences judge mind’s behavior with the intention to live in a coherente harmony for the sake of All. It is the voice of consciousness.
Anxieties, depressions are an expression of not paying intention to the voice of the essence by ignorance.
